When the rugby season begins, you need to be bursting with strength and explosive power! Our pre-season training combined with regular cardio and weight lifting exercises will make you strong and more powerful.
If you’ve been thinking about joining rugby, there’s never been a better time! No special equipment is needed. Just bring a pair of sneakers, shorts, a t-shirt and some water. Training will be focused on general fitness and rugby basics. It's open to both men and women and it's free!
We start at 3:30 pm sharp in the gymnasium. Access to change rooms before and after training will be available. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Hintonburg Community Centre is located at 1064 Wellington Street West in between Bayswater and Parkdale. Parking is free in the back or on the street. OC Transpo bus route 2 takes you near the Centre.
This training will repeat every Saturday until March 9 at the same time and place with the exception of February 16 where we will host Snugby outside at Springhurt Park from 2:30pm – 4:00pm.
