Outdoor Practice

Get on side with the Ottawa Wolves in 2014 as our men's and women’s sides prepare to take on local clubs in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union and teams around the world in Sydney, Australia for the Bingham Cup. Whether you want to stay in shape this summer, try something new or be part of a team – the Wolves are for you! 

No experience necessary. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the sport. Just come out to one of our outdoor practices.
