Get on side with the Ottawa Wolves while we prepare to take on local clubs in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union and international teams at the Bingham Cup. Whether you want to stay in shape this summer, try somethings new or be part of a team the Wolves are for you! No experience necessary.

Indoor training starts in Febraury. Outdoor practices commence in April. Matches begin in May. Season ends the first week of September. Check out our Schedule page for practice times and locations.
